Initial conversation
Call or text and walk us through the project: the room, the scope, the materials you have in mind. We listen first and ask the questions that matter for scoping.

Site visit and measure
We come out, look at the space, take measurements, and understand the existing conditions: substrate, transitions, plumbing, anything that affects the install.

Written estimate
You get a written estimate with the scope, materials, and price laid out. Free, no obligation. We talk through trade-offs before any commitment.
- 04
Installation
The same crew that scoped the work installs the work. We coordinate with other trades when needed, keep the site clean between phases, and finish the details before we leave.
- 05
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you, check the alignment and finish details, and make sure it lands the way it should. Punch items get handled before we close out.
