Rough scope (kitchen backsplash, bathroom shower, commercial lobby, etc.), the city or neighborhood, whether the building is residential or commercial, and a sense of timing if you have one. Photos or plans help but are not required; we can always scope it on a call first.

Yes. We scope each project before quoting (phone call, then a site visit when it makes sense) and we send a written estimate with no obligation. Pricing reflects the complexity of the work; we don't publish flat per-square-foot rates because real projects vary too much for a single number to be honest.
